Marwan Rechmaoui
Like laundry drifting in the wind, Marwan Rechmaoui’s aluminum plates sway on a metal rope, stretched between two pillars planted on either side of the Corniche, creating metallic sounds that the echo amplifies.
The Corniche Project was one of the earlier initiatives by Ashkal Alwan: The Lebanese Association for Plastic Arts.
